If you are new to The New Scramble, start here.

The argument is simple. The 1884 Berlin Conference drew the map of Africa without Africans in the room. The borders drawn that day still govern trade routes, currency zones, and infrastructure today.

The same pattern is running again, in code, in digital parcels, in governance rights over virtual economies. The lines are being drawn right now. And once again, the people who should be in the room are not.

This publication exists to change that.
